In High School, I was never really active in sports. The most I ever did was a weight training class in my sophmore year. Sure I "toned" my muscles. But it was not until Fall of 2005 that I really learned what it takes to lift weights. I was working at a gym in Vestavia Hills, AL, when I approached one of the trainers, Greg Hasberry, for advice. After seeing some of the results from the competitors he was already training, I was intrigued by his work. I asked for a diet and a simple workout. Greg told me not to expect changes over night. As anxious as I was to get started, I wanted the results to come fast. I never really thought about competing until...A couple of weeks had passed by and Greg had approached me this time.
